By accessing or using SkidNet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. Our platform is designed for legitimate security research and script protection purposes.

Attempting to get access to raw source code of a users script is strongly prohibited. If you continue to attempt skidding you will be HWID banned, IP banned, and browser ID banned from all SkidNet services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Hardware ID (HWID) locking is enforced to prevent unauthorized sharing of premium access. Any attempt to spoof or bypass HWID verification may result in a permanent ban.

Users retain all ownership rights to the scripts they upload for protection. SkidNet does not claim ownership of your intellectual property. However, the SkidNet platform, including its loader architecture, obfuscation bridges, and UI/UX design, remains the exclusive property of SkidNet.

SkidNet is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and maximum security, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including script leaks caused by client-side vulnerabilities outside our control.

Support is provided via our official Discord server. Due to the digital nature of our protection services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated by the SkidNet administration. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
